“TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR AIM SOURCES PORTAL SERVICES
These terms and conditions (“”Agreement””) govern the use of the job portal services (“”Services””) provided by Aim Sources (“”Company””), whose registered office is located at [Company Address], in India, to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services (“”User””, “”You””, “”Your””).

3.1 User Content Grant: By submitting or providing any content, including job listings, resumes, or other materials (“”User Content””), You grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly display, and create derivative works from the User Content in connection with providing the Services.
3.2 User Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Your User Content and warrant that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, or remove any User Content without notice.
- Privacy and Data Protection
4.1 Use of User Information: The Company will collect, store, and process Your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
4.2 Data Security: The Company will implement reasonable security measures to protect Your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, You acknowledge and understand that no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
4.3 Consent to Communication: By using the Services, You consent to receive electronic communications, including but not limited to emails or notifications, from the Company related to Your account or the Services.

6.1 Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Services.

7.2 Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.
